Safe driving means, among other things, driving in a manner that is suitable for the road you are on. Meaning that city driving and country driving requires different driving styles. For instance, in a big city you may need a more aggressive driving style than you do when you are driving in the country. You have more vehicles around you in the city than you do in the country, and these vehicles have drivers who, themselves, are typically aggressive.
In the country however, you have a fewer amount of vehicles you have to pay attention to. With less distractions comes more chances that your vision and focus will stray from the road itself and onto the scenery. You can't afford to let yourself do that because there are animals that may cross the road, and there may be unanticipated turns that you have to navigate. Being able to adapt your driving style is a form of safe driving.
